Joy earned her Life and Health licensing in 2013 and began selling health, dental, vision, and senior products for Reserve National (now Kemper Health). She carried her customer-centric and perky attitude into this industry and was quickly noticed by her manager and company leaders. In 2017, Joy envisioned and founded Kincaid Solutions, LLC with her husband, Kevin.

Joy’s loves include reading, movies, family, and being a great neighbor.

Kevin Kincaid

Kevin earned his Bachelor’s degree from a tiny College in Georgia in 1985. Upon post-grad education, and a two-year apprenticeship program, Kevin was ordained as a minister. He pastored churches in Ohio and Vermont.

Ten years later, Kevin started a new career. He spent the next 20 plus years in the HVAC/R industry, primarily in sales and account management. Kevin became known among colleagues and clients as one who makes complex solutions simple to understand.

In 2017, Kevin received his Life & Health licenses, and sold for Reserve National (now Kemper Health) with his wife Joy. Later that year, they founded Kincaid Solutions, LLC.

Kevin’s loves include the Reds, college football, his church family, and tinkering in the garage.
